Please be informed that the qualifying flight from 100 km distance will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018.
Basketing will be done on Sunday, October 28 starting from around 11.00 am. The clock will run for 3 days and stopped at 18.00 o’clock on October 31, 2018.
Pigeons that arrive home after the closing time will be disqualified for further racing but not subject to paying the entry fee. At the discretion of the organizers, some of the late arrivals will be kept for auctions after the final race and the revenue shared 60% to the owners.
The remaining amount is meant to cover the import taxes and running expenses incurred by the organizers. For owners of pigeons that come back within the stipulated time frame, they must pay the entry fee of Euro 150 for each bird less the initial deposit for each team, if duly paid.
Payment must be deposited to our bank account within November 5, 2018. Participants are advised to pay through your respective bird collector/coordinator who will send the payments from all his customers in one transaction with all accounting detail. This will save time and bank charges for both sides.
If any one wishes to send the fund directly to us, you can do so while paying bank charges for the beneficially as well. You must also inform us and your coordinator by email the time and date you perform the bank transaction or else it will be very difficult for us to identify the sender.
